Day 3 – Lost and Found

by | Jul 3, 2020 | 99 Days of Transformation | 0 comments

So you’re well on your way and just like that you have a bad day. You didn’t sleep to well last night and now you’re cranky and late and slept through your workout.

Well, just dust yourself off and carry on. You’re going to have days like these, not every day is a win, you might as well make peace with it early on.

Don’t judge yourself, just do better tomorrow. In fact, have a little look around your head and your heart. What lessons did you learn today? Maybe you finally understand the power of letting go. Maybe you realised that winning is about how you let yourself feel and that you haven’t lost the path just because you needed a little rest.

Sometimes you have to lose the plot a little in order to appreciate the journey more. There are no losers here and this day is not wasted.

Just walk right back to your happiness!

Some Ideas

Quiet Reflection

Sit down and think about it. Think about you and all your glorious dreams. Think about how beautiful your life is becoming one day at a time. Just spend some time is quiet contemplation and see what realisations and answers the universe have to give you.

Plan an Activity

If you missed out on your workout or walk or yoga today, why not plan something for tomorrow or the weekend?

Is there a workout video you’ve been meaning to watch? Or a trail you want to hike? Do some research, invite a friend or print out the workout so it’s ready to try.

There you go, you’re done. Now doesn’t that feel better? You’re so productive on the fly.

What I got up to

I said ‘no’, nicely

Saying no can be a very difficult thing, so hard in fact, that we often put up with something far worse just to avoid it. But no more, if your heart tells you ‘no’, then just say it. Nobody is going to hate you for it … for very long.

I talked to a friend

When you get stuck, call a friend. When you feel blue, call a friend. When you have really good news, call a friend. When you have no reason at all, call a friend.

When last did you actually do this? It’s uplifting, therapeutic and amazing. I can definitely reccommend it.

I called myself out

I realised that I seem to keep making the same mistakes over and over again, especially in business. Sometimes it’s a good idea to step away from yourself and take a good hard look. You can prevent certain behaviour by just seeing it for what it is. Acknowledge your weak point and find a way to protect yourself. It is amazing what you can come up with once you actually call yourself out and decide that it’s enough.

Words are seeds

Words are seeds

There are no losers here!

And this day is not wasted.
